How Coaching Works
I work in longer-term engagements rather than one-off sessions. This allows us to build the kind of trust and momentum that creates real, lasting change.
Engagements are available in 3-month and 6-month formats, with options for more intensive support depending on what you're navigating.
Structure and investment are always discussed during our discovery conversation to make sure the fit is right for both of us.
